  10.   11. AMTSL reserves the right to vary conditions of use of the Coupon or to withdraw the Coupon at any time. AMTSL's decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.

  13. In case of disputes arising out of the offer, the decision of AMTSL shall be final binding.
