    If you’re a full-time student studying at selected degree-awarding, sub-degree-awarding higher education institutions in Hong Kong, 2019 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) candidate or 2019 General Certificate of Education (GCE A) Exams/General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) Exams/International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) Exams/International Advanced Levels (IAL) Exams/International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP)/SAT candidates in Hong Kong, you’re eligible for university student fares.   2. I’m a part-time student studying at HKU Space. Am I eligible for university student fares?
    Unfortunately, no. Our university student fares are open to full-time students studying at selected degree-awarding, sub-degree-awarding higher education institutions in Hong Kong, 2019 HKDSE candidates, as well as 2019 GCE A/GCSE/IGCSE/IAL/IBDP/SAT candidates in Hong Kong.
  3. I signed up as a Cathay Pacific Registered Account holder and bought tickets previously, but have now graduated. Am I still eligible for university student fares?
    Unfortunately, no. Our university student fares are open to full-time students studying at selected degree-awarding, sub-degree-awarding higher education institutions in Hong Kong, 2019 HKDSE candidates, as well as 2019 GCE A/GCSE/IGCSE/IAL/IBDP/SAT candidates in Hong Kong. Passengers must present their university Student Identity Card that is valid for 2019 or later; or a relevant admission form that was issued in 2019 when checking in at the airport. If the university Student Identity Card does not show an expiry date, then we require participants to provide a valid Student Octopus Card or relevant information to verify their current student status.

  2. I want to travel with friends. Can we all use the university student offers together?
    If you and your friends are full-time students studying at selected degree-awarding, sub-degree-awarding higher education institutions in Hong Kong, 2019 HKDSE candidates or 2019 GCE A/GCSE/IGCSE/IAL/IBDP/SAT candidates in Hong Kong, then you are all eligible to book tickets through the university student offers.

  4. I want to buy a one-way ticket. Do you have any special fares?
    One-way tickets are not available, and tickets can’t be rerouted. Your trip must begin and end in Hong Kong.
