Cathay Pacific is pleased to offer exclusive discounts on flights to the Philippines, Indonesia and Cambodia for domestic helpers* employed in Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR or the Chinese Mainland.

To enjoy these special fares, book a ticket online with Cathay Pacific and enter code “HKLABOUR” in the discount code field. Fares include two pieces of checked baggage weighing up to 23kg each.

If you have only one name in your passport, please enter your “Title” in both the “Given Name” and "Title" fields.

*Cathay Pacific reserves the right to collect a surcharge of HKD2,000 should the proof of identity registered not be presented by the passenger during check-in.

  1. The Offer applies to Filipino Domestic Helper, Indonesian Domestic Helper or domestic helpers from Cambodia being employed in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region or Chinese Mainland.
  2. To enjoy the offer, passengers should book flight ticket(s) through the official website www.cathaypacific.com by entering the discount code “HKLABOUR” at the discount code field. Any request to apply the discount code after checkout is not accepted.
  3. The discount code cannot be used on Cathay Pacific mobile app or other channels.
  4. Tickets must originate and be issued in Hong Kong.
  5. A valid Employment Contract Number of the domestic helper is required while making the online purchase.
  6. Passenger must present the registered Employment Contract Number as stated in your working visa upon check-in at the Hong Kong International Airport.
  7. Cathay Pacific reserves the right to collect a surcharge of HKD2,000 should the proof of identity registered not be presented by the passenger during check-in. The surcharge is non-refundable.
  8. Rebooking: Permitted. Changes must be made before the ticketed flight/date.
  9. Cancellation Fee: HKD900 for wholly unused ticket only. For partially used tickets, refund applied only if residual is available after deducting the applicable fare (same or higher class code) of the flown sector plus handling fee HKD900.
  10. Fares displayed include taxes and carrier-imposed surcharges. All fares, government taxes and fees, and surcharges are subject to change at any time. For ticket cancellations, where applicable, the Hong Kong Passenger Security Charge, the Hong Kong Air Passenger Departure Tax, and the Hong Kong International Airport Construction Fee will be refunded without any administration fees.
