Campaign Terms and Conditions

1.       This offer is only applicable for selected hotel bookings, booked between 12:00 HKT 21 June 2022 and 23:59 HKT 4 July 2022 with stay period between 24 June 2022 and 31 August 2022.

2.       Customers must book and complete a stay at selected Hong Kong Staycation Hotels via www.cathaypacific.com to be eligible to receive a HKD500 Cathay Holidays flights + hotel cash voucher. The selected hotels include Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, The Hari Hong Kong and Hotel ICON.

3.       Cathay Holidays cash voucher will be emailed to the lead customer’s email address, provided at time of booking, 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the eligible stay.

4.       This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or applied to existing bookings or completed hotel stays.

5.       Cancelled, refunded or no-show reservations will not be eligible for this offer.

6.       Hotel offers are provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (“CHL”) (License No. 352024).

7.       CHL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of CHL.

8.       Other Cathay Holidays terms and conditions applied.

9.       The English version shall always prevail in case of any discrepancy or inconsistency between English version and its translated version.

Voucher Code Terms and Conditions

1.    The voucher code (“Code”) is issued by Cathay Holidays Limited (“us” or “we”).

2.    The Code is only applicable to flights + hotel package (“Package”) purchase fulfilling below criteria.

         Book Period:  1 July 2022 – 24 December 2022

         Travel Period:  7 July 2022 – 30 June 2023

         Origin:  Hong Kong

         Destination: Any Cathay Pacific destinations

         Minimum Length of Stay for Hotel: 4 Nights (consecutive)

3.    The Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made online through Cathay Holidays Limited at www.cathaypacific.com. The Code must be entered at the time of purchase, and cannot be claimed after you have confirmed your booking.

4.    The Code can only be used once.

5.    Maximum one voucher code can be applied on each Package booking.

6.    The Code entitles you the voucher value off the Package price which includes airfare on any Cathay Pacific operated flights, and all applicable taxes and charges to be collected during the online purchase at the same transaction. It cannot be used to offset other possible charges including “resort fees” for certain services and optional consumption based costs and any other fees that are charged to you by, and/or payable directly by you to, the hotels or travel extras suppliers.

7.    If the Package value booked is less than the Code value, the residual amount will be considered as forfeited.

8.    Flights, rooms and hotel benefits are subject to availability.

9.    The Code contains no cash value and cannot be claimed into cash under any circumstances. The Code cannot be transferred or sold.  The Code obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way will be deemed void.

10.  We reserve the rights to make final decision and to withdraw on all matters relating to the Code. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.

11.  Cathay Holidays Limited terms and conditions apply.

12.  Package is provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (License No. 352024), and not by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Cathay Pacific).
