Culinary delights from Hyatt Hotels & Resorts for your inflight meals

Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon will present exciting new menus created in collaboration with a number of top chefs from Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, allowing you to enjoy delicious inflight dining on your journey across the network.

A series of specially designed menus will be featured on selected Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon flights between 1 June 2016 and 15 May 2017. You will be able to sample creations such as Chilled Abalone with Eggplant and Fa-du Yellow Wine; Braised Veal Cheek with Parmesan Cheese Sabayon and Roasted Mushrooms; and Double-boiled Crab Meat Soup with Roast Duck, Bamboo Pith and Yunnan Ham in Young Papaya. These dishes have been created in collaboration with the following Hyatt flagship restaurants, which specialise in authentic Chinese or Western cuisine:

  • Grissini, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong
  • The Chinese Restaurant, Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui
  • VUE Restaurant, Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai
  • Xindalu – China Kitchen, Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai
  • Da Giorgio, Grand Hyatt Beijing
  • Made in China, Grand Hyatt Beijing
