Yes, you can reschedule up to one day prior to your scheduled departure date. For example, if your new departure date is 2 February, you must reschedule on or before 1 February. If the change is made less than one day prior to the scheduled departure date, you will be charged an additional handling fee. To reschedule, please contact our team through our WeChat mini programme or speak to your ticketing agent.
You can also reschedule your coach booking, but the same rules above will apply.
