Can I cancel my check-in after I have checked in online and received my digital boarding pass?

Yes, you can cancel check-in for yourself and your travel companions after receiving the digital boarding pass.

To cancel check-in, visit one of the following pages below:

• Visit Online check-in confirmation > Click “Undo check-in; or
• After receiving your digital boarding pass, visit Manage Booking > Click “Review check-in” then 'undo check-in'
