Dragonair Operations Remain Normal Today But Reminds Passengers Of Possible Flight Disruptions Due To Typhoon Muifa

(HONG KONG) Dragonair flights to and from Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao, Nanjing, Ningbo and Hangzhou operate normally today in amid of the impact of severe Typhoon Muifa.

However, flights are expected to be affected in evening and on Sunday (7 August) according to the latest weather forecast. Passengers planning to travel to these destinations are advised to postpone their trips to or after Monday (8 August).

All rebooking charges for all tickets issued worldwide on or before 5 August 2011 for travelling on Dragonair flights with confirmed booking involving Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao, Nanjing, Ningbo and Hangzhou between 6 August and 8 August 2011 will be waived.

Passengers are encouraged to check the latest flight information on the Dragonair website, www.dragonair.com, before departing for the airport. To ensure passengers receive the latest flight status updates via SMS or e-mail, they are advised to update contact details in Manage My Booking through our website.
