Xiao Fang Zhou Izakaya
Founded in 2009, the Fengzhou Group uses quality western ingredients and raw fish for the Japanese-style skewers at its Xiao Fang Zhou Izakaya.
All the ingredients and charcoal are inspected by the Fengzhou team. As well as Japanese Koshihikari rice, sea salt and daily caught fish, the team also insists on binchotan, the king of charcoal, for the barbecue. The smoke of the charcoal fire is reflected in the aroma of the skewers, while the fiery red flames penetrates them to add to their deliciousness.
