Dragonair receives two Golds at Hong Kong Customer Service Excellence Awards

Dragonair is proud to have received two gold awards at today’s Customer Service Excellence Awards 2015, hosted by the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence (HKACE). The awards recognise outstanding service initiatives undertaken by the Dragonair team in areas of internal support and field & special service.

The awards received by Dragonair were:

Team Award – Internal Support Service (Gold Award): The Inflight Services Development & Standard team, comprising eight team members, received the Gold Award for Internal Support Service. The team provides support to their frontline colleagues by introducing enhancement initiatives, making it possible for them to deliver excellent service in an efficient manner.

Individual Award – Field & Special Service (Gold Award): Mr Alex Cheng, Flight Attendant, received the Gold Award for Field & Special Service. He was recognised for his service philosophy “serve from the heart, keep smiling, and do your best”.
