Codeshares

Entering into codeshare agreements allows us to offer you better connections around the world and greater flexibility in planning your trip. Cathay Dragon currently has codeshare agreements with a number of other international airlines.

Fees for services and baggage of the operating carrier may be different from Cathay Dragon, and will apply on codeshare flights. Please consult the operating carrier's website for information on their optional fees and services.

Cathay Dragon currently has codeshare agreements with a number of other international airlines. These include the following

Air China

Codeshare covers Air China flights between Hong Kong and Dalian, and Tianjin; as well as Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Hangzhou, and Wuhan.
 

Cathay Pacific Airways

Codeshare covers Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Bangaluru (Bangalore), Busan, Changsha, Clark, Dhaka, Denpasar, Fukuoka, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Hanoi, Hiroshima, Kathmandu, Okinawa, Kota Kinabalu, Kunming, Nanjing, Ningbo, Phuket, Penang, Qingdao, Sanya, Sendai, Wuhan, Xiamen, Gulin, Jeju, Tokyo Haneda, TaiChung, Kaohsiung, Zhengzhou, Chiang Mai, Haikou , Kolkata, Wenzhou, Xian and Da Nang, Yangon, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Kuala Lumpur; Cathay Pacific flights between Hong Kong and Male, Colombo, Manila, and Cebu as well as Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Beijing, Shanghai, and Taipei.

The codeshare covers Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Hanoi.
 

Shenzhen Airlines

Codeshare covers Shenzhen Airlines flights between Hong Kong and Jinjiang.

Codeshare covers Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Chiang Mai/Hanoi/Phuket/Kuala Lumpur.

Joint Operating Services/Strategic Agreement

Joint Operating Services (JOS) or Strategic Agreement is a cooperative agreement between two or more airlines to offer joint services on specific routes of their network. Customers can enjoy enhanced benefits such as codeshare, better connections and frequent flyer services with more earn-and-redeem opportunities.

Air China

Joint Operating Services covers Air China, Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Beijing as well as Air China and Cathay Dragon flights between Hong Kong and Chongqing and Chengdu.
