Online shop (Cathay shop)

Shopping at Cathay shop cannot be easier. Just follow the step-by-step shopping procedures and click the "Purchase" button on the Check Out page when you have completed your purchase. Your order will be sent to us directly.

After order submission, a confirmation message will be shown.

For Hong Kong customers, our appointed handling agent - GO Logistics & Storage will call you for delivery arrangement within 3 working days.

For Overseas customers, our appointed handling agent - GO Logistics & Storage will send an email with shipping details within 3 working days.

Deliveries are sent out by our appointed handling agent - GO Logistics & Storage. You may expect delivery to take 5 working days within Hong Kong, (please note that there is no delivery service in outlying islands, e.g. Cheung Chau, Ping Chau and Lantau Island etc.) and 10 working days for overseas shipments to major cities, starting from the date of order. After order submission, a confirmation message will be shown. For Hong Kong customers, our appointed handling agent - GO Logistics & Storage will call you for delivery arrangement within 3 working days.

For Overseas customers, our appointed handling agent - GO Logistics & Storage will send you an email with shipping details within 3 working days.

Please be reminded that due to license issue, delivery may be longer if orders including textile items.

Your credit card will be charged upon dispatchment of your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement of the same product or refund within 7 days of receipt in original packaging. Please send an email to our appointed handling agent - GO Logistics & Storage at cx_customerservices@gols.com.hk with photos of the product (if defective) and reason of return. GO Logistics & Storage will then follow up with you for arrangement.
