INTERVAL Farmacy

INTERVAL Farmacy is an all-day dining café-restaurant with a welcoming ambience where guests can relax and connect with themselves or others. In addition to artisanal coffee and low-intervention and organic wines, it offers an Italian-inspired menu of wood-fired sourdough pizzas, freshly made pasta and more.

In collaboration with Farmacy HK, an urban farming technology company, the restaurant features an on-site urban farm producing seasonal micro greens, edible flowers and vegetables for cooking, creating a farm-to-table dining experience for guests.
