Why am I seeing the prompt to create a passkey in the Microsoft Authenticator app on iOS?
If you keep seeing a prompt to create a passkey on Microsoft Authenticator, please ensure you have done the following:
From your device, go to:
- ‘Settings’ > 'General' > 'AutoFill & Passwords'. Please ensure 'Passwords' is turned on.
- ‘Settings’ > Select your Apple Account > ‘Passwords'. Please ensure ‘Sync this iPhone’ is turned on.
