Asia Miles will be added to the Cathay Membership account within 14 working days after the transaction is completed.

How to convert ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles

1. Login to ONESIAM account and Select “Cathay Pacific” menu button in Convert Out section in ONESIAM SuperApp
2. Click “Convert Now” button for point redemption
3. The system will call out to ONESIAM Contact Center Tel. 02-111-6161
4. ONESIAM members inform the detail and the number of ONESIAM Coin to convert to Asia Miles
5. System will deduct ONESIAM Coin and proceed to add Asia Miles to Cathay Membership account
6. ONESIAM members check Asia Miles in Cathay Pacific website or Cathay mobile app within 14 working days after the transaction is completed. In case of uncompleted transaction, ONESIAM members will receive notification from ONESIAM SuperApp within 14 days.

1. ONESIAM members can convert ONESIAM Coin to Asia Miles through ONESIAM SuperApp as follows:

    - Regular Conversion rate* 300 ONESIAM Coins = 100 Asia Miles

    - *This conversion rate is subject to change

2. The ONESIAM member’s mobile phone number for ONESIAM Coin conversion must be the same number as registered in the Cathay membership account, which is operated by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited.

3. This point conversion program is provided for ONESIAM members who are Cathay members and have ONESIAM SuperApp to convert ONESIAM Coin to their own Cathay account. ONESIAM members cannot convert to other accounts. 

4. The point conversion program is open to all Cathay members regardless of their residency, except for members residing in the EU or UK region. Members can log in to their ONESIAM SuperApp account when in Thailand, China (Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan China), Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan only. 

5. The regular point conversion program period is from 1 August 2023 until 31 July 2025. 

6. Convert ONESIAM Coin via ONESIAM SuperApp according to conversion rate, and ONESIAM Coin can be converted at a maximum limit of 30,000 ONESIAM Coins per member per day. Asia Miles will be credited to the members' account within seven (7) working days after the ONESIAM Coin conversion has been successfully completed. Members can check the successfully converted Asia Miles via the Cathay website or the Cathay mobile app. ​

7. ONESIAM Coin will be deducted from members' coins corresponding to the redemption amount for coins redeemed. The transaction cannot be refunded, cancelled, or changed once completed. Velocity Company Limited ("The Company") reserves the right to reject the cancellation of point conversion after members have redeemed entirely under any circumstances.

8. Cathay members can use Asia Miles for redeeming travel and lifestyle reward as per the terms and conditions of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited and Asia Miles Limited. Please review all related terms and conditions on the Cathay website prior to using the service. Other Cathay Membership Terms and Conditions apply.  ​

9. The Company reserves the right to change terms and conditions, including conversion rate or policy and/or benefits of collection, redemption, and/or conversion in terms of Asia Miles (including the termination or suspension of privileges), whether in whole or in part at any time. ​

10  In case of any disputes or arguments, the decision of The Company is final and binding to all related parties. ​

11. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any ONESIAM Coin conversion that has a reason to believe that it might come from misuse and/or fraudulent activity or any other acts that may cause harm to the law of conversion. The Company reserves the right to cancel ONESIAM Coins conversion for the above reason without prior notice and will not refund the Asia Miles regarding these transactions. ​

12. The Company reserves the right to collect, use and disclose members’ personal information to company partner for the purpose of point conversion.
