    Should I be able to access Wi-Fi at any time during the flight?

    Wi-Fi becomes available once the aircraft reaches a cruising altitude of 10,000 feet and the satellite connection is established. A notification will appear on the inflight entertainment monitor once Wi-Fi is available. Alternatively, you may ask a crew member.
