If you sign up for a Cathay membership in 2026, your 2027 membership status will still be determined by the number of Status Points you earn in 2026. For example, if you join the programme on 1 August 2026, your 2027 status will be based on the Status Points you earn from 1 August 2026 to 31 December 2026.
