Prepaid extra baggage

Can I change my travel plans after purchasing prepaid extra baggage?

You can modify your prepaid extra baggage with your flight booking within the same route. If you make changes to your flight booking online, please contact Customer Care to transfer your prepaid extra baggage to your new flight at least 24 hours prior to your new flight departure time.

Please note if you change your flight booking to another route or cancel your booking, your prepaid extra baggage will be forfeited and no refund will be provided for the corresponding charge.
