All of our pork jerky is produced with fresh hog hind leg flesh marinated in a family-recipe soy sauce that has been fermented for 180 days. The jerky is vacuum-massaged before being roasted at high temperatures to get the ideal thickness, doneness, and color. Perfecting heat control has been our distinctive skill. Each slice of our best-selling Almond Crispy Pork Paper takes around 1.5 hours to create. It is barely 0.01 cm thick, thin enough to be translucent, and deliciously crisp and aromatic.
We also offer our unique 1 cm thick pork jerky, which is manufactured in limited numbers everyday to maintain freshness. It's rich, juicy, and savory.
