You have two options to convert Esso Smiles Points to Asia Miles:

1. Auto-conversion: Esso Smiles Points in members' account will be automatically converted to Asia Miles at the end of each month.
2. Flexi-conversion:

• Hong Kong – conversion must be in blocks of 2,500 Esso Smiles Points (equivalent to 600 Asia Miles)

• Singapore – conversion must be in blocks of 150 Esso Smiles Points (equivalent to 100 Asia Miles)

You can only link your Cathay account to one Smiles account.

Auto conversion

1. For Auto-conversion, Smiles Points will be credited to your Smiles account 6 weeks after the end of each month.
2. Cancellation of Auto-conversion will be effective immediately after confirmation.
3. Auto-conversion must be maintained for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of successful registration.
4. Each Cathay account can register 1 Auto-conversion to Smiles Points only. If you would like to convert Asia Miles to another Smiles account, you must first remove the existing conversion profile by cancelling Auto-conversion. Please refer to “What you need to do” for more details.
5. For members who choose Auto-conversion, if you would like to modify the monthly conversion amount or any other profile details, you must first cancel the linkage of your Cathay account and Smiles account by “Cancellation of Auto-conversion” and link your Cathay account to your Smiles account with updated details. Please refer to “What you need to do” for more details.
6. Points conversion transactions will appear on your Cathay account statement after the transaction has been processed.
7. The daily conversion amount limit for each Cathay account is 10,000 miles, which is shared between Flexi-conversion and Auto-conversion. Any conversion request exceeding the daily limit will be rejected.
8. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reversible.
9. Cathay terms and conditions and Smiles Driver Rewards Programme terms and conditions apply.

Flexi conversion

1. You can only link your Cathay account to one Smiles account.
2. For Flexi-conversion, Smiles Points will be credited to your Smiles account 6 weeks after submission of your conversion request.
3. Points conversion transactions will appear on your Cathay account statement after the transaction has been processed.
4. The daily conversion amount limit for each Cathay account is 10,000 miles, which is shared between Flexi-conversion and Auto-conversion. Any conversion request exceeding the daily limit will be rejected.
5. All transactions are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reversible.
