What do I need to present at the airport?
You must hold and present a valid ticket at the time of departure, along with valid travel documents. Passengers who do not hold valid travel documents will be denied boarding at the departure airport, even if they successfully completed online check-in.
Please note that you will be denied boarding and requested to purchase another ticket if your ticket is deemed invalid at the time of departure.
