Stress-free connections

If you already have your onward boarding pass, simply follow the signs to the nearest transfer point and proceed to the Departure Hall on level 6. If you need to check in for your onward flight, please visit our Transfer desk in areas E2 or W1.

Please note: to comply with security requirements from the Hong Kong Civil Aviation authorities, Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon will check all passengers travel documents at their next boarding gate, comparing the travel document with the boarding pass and physical photograph.

Relax at our lounge

First and Business Class passengers, Gold, Silver and some Green-tier Marco Polo Club members, as well as Emerald and Sapphire members of the oneworld alliance can enjoy the use of our exclusive lounges. However, any passengers wishing to use The Arrival lounge must be in transit for four or more hours. For more information, visit our lounge admittance page.

Please note: in compliance with requirements from the Hong Kong Civil Aviation authority, we must check your boarding pass and travel document names alongside your travel document photograph to ensure your identity and safe passage.
