1. Duration: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
2. To participate in this promotion, please click the Asia Miles programme option during the application process and correctly input your Asia Miles membership number and name in English.
3. Crediting of mileage:
   1. The regular mileage earned for eTravel Insurance and 180-Day Travel Abroad Insurance is expected to be credited to the designated Asia Miles member account registered during application within 7 working days from the day after expiration of the policy.
   2. The regular mileage earned for applying for Reimbursement Medical Insurance,  iCare Daily Hospitalization Benefit Insurance, XinMoney Annuity, iCarry injury insurance, iLife 1-year term life insurance and Limited Whole Life Insuranc are expected to be credited to the designated Asia Miles member account registered during application within 20 working days from the day after the effective date of the insurance. 
4. The exact mileage crediting time is subject to the actual processing time. Cathay Life Insurance will not notify the mileage earning and you should visit the Asia Miles website to check the mileage accrual status. 
   1. Termination or revocation of the insurance policy will be deemed a waiver of the eligibility to earn Asia Miles.
   2. Asia Miles members participating in this promotion are not allowed to request to exchange rewarded miles for cash or transfer them to others.
5. Mileage accrual, redemption and expiration date are subject to Asia Miles’ regulations. Please refer to the Asia Miles official website for details.
6. By participating in this promotion, you must agree and be fully aware of the following:
   1. Cathay Life Insurance may collect, process and use your Asia Miles member personal information in electronic or paper form within and outside China during the period of consent according to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. You are free to choose whether or not to provide complete personal information, but if the information is incomplete, you will not be able to participate in this promotion.
   2. You may contact Cathay Life Insurance’s toll-free customer service hotline to enquire how to exercise your rights to enquire, request a response, provide viewing, make a copy, correct, supplement, stop collecting, processing, use or delete their personal information. Alternatively, you can visit the Personal Data Protection Act notice section of Cathay Life Insurance’s website (Cathay Life Insurance website > Legal Policy> Customer Rights and Protection > Matters to be notified under the Personal Data Protection Act).

   5. Asia Miles members participating in this promotion shall abide by the terms and conditions of this promotion and related rulings. Cathay Life Insurance and Asia Miles reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate this promotion at any time if there are matters not covered in this promotion or for reasons not attributable to Cathay Life Insurance or Asia Miles. Amended promotion rules will take effect after the announcement on the websites of Cathay Life Insurance and Asia Miles without prior notice.
   6. Cathay Life Insurance or Asia Miles shall not be liable for any delay, loss, error, unrecognizable or corruption of the information registered to an Asia Miles member due to any computer, internet, telephone, technology or other causes not attributable to Cathay Life Insurance or Asia Miles.
