    Why do I need to pay again when I rebook a cross-boundary coach ticket?

    Due to system limitations, the cross-boundary coach ticket rebooking process will refund the original ticket and issue a new ticket. The rebooking fee is the same as the refund charge. We are optimising the system for a more convenient service. Please stay tuned.
