    Do I need to cancel my cross-boundary coach ticket after I refund my flight ticket?

    Yes, you need to process your flight ticket and cross-boundary coach ticket refunds separately. Please submit the coach ticket refund via Manage Booking. Navigate to “My Order”, then “Coach Ticket” and click on “Ticket details”.
