Who is eligible to request a seat?

The following customers can request a seat in advance without additional fee:

  • Marco Polo Club members (Silver tier or above) and oneworld Ruby tier members or above
  • All First and Business Class passengers
  • Customers holding tickets on eligible fare types – Y, B, H, K, L, M, V, W, R, E, T Customers who require special services should place a request at the time of booking. 

Please note that customers with confirmed special services will be unable to select their seat online. Customers travelling on lower fare types – including Economy Super Saver, Economy Save and Fanfares – can reserve their preferred seats in advance of the check-in period for an additional fee.
