1. Asia Miles can be earned on all qualifying car rental services through designated page., until May 31, 2027
2. A CX members must book through the designated page. After completing the booking, a valid Cathay membership number must be provided to earn 3 Asia Miles per RMB 10 of eligible spending, with a maximum of 600 miles per rental.
3. A Cathay membership number must be provided at the time of booking to credit miles.
4. No miles will be credited for canceled bookings, regardless of whether a cancellation fee is charged.
5. Purchasing additional insurance services offered by Zuzuche does not qualify for miles crediting.
6. On-site extra expenses (e.g., travel insurance, additional driver fees, GPS rentals, child seats) are ineligible for mileage accrual. For details, contact Zuzuche.
7. Regular Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 12 weeks after the car rental service is completed.
8. Requests for missing miles must be submitted within 180 days of the rental completion date.
9. To claim missing miles, members must provide the Zuzuche booking confirmation and the original car rental contract. Retain all documents until miles are credited to your Cathay account.
