    KONG SPA, established in December 2023, operates six locations across Beijing and Shenzhen, each serving approximately 1,100–1,500 customers monthly. The brand maintains a Dianping rating of 4.8 or above and plans to expand to 10 directly operated stores nationwide by 2026.

     

    KONG SPA offers SPA treatments and massage services to support different wellness needs. With experienced aromatherapists and regularly updated programmes, it provides a calm environment inspired by Chinese aesthetics for relaxation and rejuvenation.

    Highlights

    1. Meituan consumption does not participate in this earn miles activity, only applicable to （KONG SPA）stored value member consumption and original price consumption customers. Customers must contact the store at least 3 hours before arriving to make an appointment confirmation.
    2. Upon arrival at the store, customers must proactively inform the store staff that they would like to earn Asia Miles and provide their Cathay membership details, including membership number, surname (English/Pinyin) and given name (English/Pinyin), for miles crediting. Customers shall bear any loss resulting from unsuccessful miles crediting due to incorrect Cathay membership information provided. If customers fail to inform the staff before leaving the store, miles cannot be credited retrospectively after their visit.
    3. The miles earned by Cathay Pacific members will be redeemed for points based on the actual payment amount, excluding tips.
    4. The consumption of the same in store experience project does not apply to split payment and split earning miles; Miles can only be credited to one Cathay Pacific member account.
    5. The mileage of "Asia Miles" will be deposited into the member account within 15 working days after the project transaction.
    6. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and KONG SPA reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
    7. In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited, and KONG SPA reserve the right of final decision.
