1. Each Hong Kong Market member is limited to use up to 10,000 membership points and convert to 400 Asia Miles per month.
2. Members must fill-in the registration form within conversion month to complete the exchange process, with Hong Kong Market membership number, Cathay membership full name and number, the entered Cathay membership full name and number must match with Cathay’s record. Asia Miles will be credited directly to your Cathay membership account within 6-8 weeks upon successfully filling in and submitting the form.
3. Members need to fill-in registration form one time if redeemed reward once; members need to fill-in registration forms two times if redeemed twice, and so on.
4. Members must ensure that all information provided on the registration form is accurate. If there are any errors, omissions, or unreadable information, the application will be considered invalid, and the member will also lose the eligibility to convert Asia Miles points.
5. Hong Kong Market will provide the Cathay membership account information of its members, including the member's name, the Hong Kong Market and Cathay membership account number, and the miles earned, to Asia Miles Limited, its affiliates, appointed agents, and/or third parties providing mile crediting and account management services to Asia Miles Limited. Upon receiving the required information provided by Hong Kong Market, Asia Miles Limited will credit the earned miles to the member's Cathay membership account.
6. Members acknowledge and understand that the miles earned will be credited to their Cathay membership accounts by Asia Miles Limited. Koruru Limited shall not be held responsible for whether Asia Miles Limited accurately credits the earned miles to the member's Cathay membership account, or for any errors or delays in crediting miles that are beyond the control of the Hong Kong Market.
7. Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Koruru Limited reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
8. In case of any dispute, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, Asia Miles Limited and Koruru Limited reserve the right of final decision.
