Book online and pay offline

Book online and pay offline feature is now possible with the help of - Hold Your Fare. It allows you to confirm your seat with a deposit when making a booking on cathaypacific.com. The fare price remains on hold; however, taxes, fees, and carrier surcharges are subject to change.

The booking will be put on hold for 72 hours. You can log into Manage Booking to complete online payment or visit the local reservations officeOpen a new window to complete the offline payment. If payment is not made within 72 hours after the booking has been put on hold, the reservation will be released and the deposit will be charged.

All of our Marco Polo Club members can enjoy the "Hold Your Fare" service for free, provided that they log in with their membership number when they make bookings on our website.

"Hold Your Fare" can only be offered if the seat is confirmed at least 7 days (168hours) before the departure time and date.

Terms and Conditions
  1. The holding deposit should only be paid using a credit card.
  2. The passenger has to carry documents while completing the payment. (Please provide with the valid documents or identity cards required for successful booking)
  3. The three day timeline to hold the fare is inclusive of non-working days(Weekends and Public holidays) as well. For example, If a ticket booking is on hold on Wednesday, then the offline payment should be done till the working hours of Thursday.
  4. Payment options available at the office: Cash/Cheque/Pay order/local debit/credit card through swipe machine (POS) /Bank transfer/Bank deposit from remote place where our GSA official nominated Banks are available
  5. No modification of details are allowed once a booking is been put on hold.
  6. Book online and pay offline feature is valid only for tickets originating from Dhaka(DAC).
