Where can I find my order status?
If you place your order online, you’ll be able to view your order status on the order detail page after signing in. If your order has been placed and is yet to be delivered, the status will say ‘order placed’ and the QR code will be clickable. Once your order has been delivered, the status will be updated to ‘delivered’ and the QR code will no longer be clickable.
If you place your order with the assistance with cabin crew, your orders may not display online instantly depending on the flights you made purchase has Wi-Fi connectivity or not for our cabin crew to synchronize the orders to the backend.
