With effective from 1 February 2024, you can submit a missing Business Status Points / Asia Miles claim form within 3 months after the relevant flight has been flown. It will take up to 1 month to process your request and credit any missing Business Status Points / Asia Miles to your account. You can only claim missing Business Status Points / Asia Miles if you are already a verified Business Plus Customer, for bookings made and flights flown after the registration date. If you wish to spend your Asia Miles, you will need to complete your profile and get it verified.
For codeshare flights marketed by Cathay Pacific and operated by HK Express, Air New Zealand and Qatar Airways, Business Status Points will be credited to your company's account within 6-8 weeks after the flight has been flown. You may submit a Business Status Points / Asia Miles claim form if you have not received the Business Status Points / Asia Miles after this time.
