  • All non-Hong Kong residents, aged 12 or above on the day of arrival at Hong Kong will be required to be fully vaccinated.

24 hours prior to departure

  • All passengers will need to conduct a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure and retain the photo showing the RAT result.
  • It can be self-administered or by professional swab sampling. 
  • Passangers may voluntarily declare test result via Hong Kong SAR government Health Declaration Form.

  • No further restrictions or PCR test required upon arrival
  • Travellers can move about the city freely as soon as they arrived. 

First 5 days in Hong Kong

  • Although it is no longer mandatory, all travellers are recommended to conduct daily rapid antigen tests (RAT) for the first five days in Hong Kong.
  • Travellers may voluntarily declare test result and health stutus via Hong Kong SAR government Electronic COVID-19 Monitoring & Surveillance System (eCMSS).
