You will be able to view your order status on Your orders page after logging in.
1. Go to 'Your Orders’ page and log in to your account
2. Find your order/product and click ‘See order details’
You will be able to check your order status: ’Processing’, ‘In transit’, 'Arrived’, ‘Cancelled’ or ‘Pending’. Some orders show an expected delivery date, if available.
Please note that your order status will be reflected in the system within 24-48 hours after being updated by our logistics partner(s).
