• The Holidays Mileage Extension Offer (the "Offer") is valid from 1 July 2022 to 31 December 2022, 23:59 (GMT+8), both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
  
• Members who have fulfilled the following requirements (the “Eligible Members”) will be entitled to the Offer:
  • Members have successfully booked flights + hotel package (“Package”) or hotel accommodation (“Hotel”) through www.cathaypacific.comOpen a new window, and stayed for at least 5 (accumulative) hotel nights within the Promotion Period; AND
  • Members have to be the contact person for every qualifying purchase and enter his/her passenger detail (including Asia Miles membership number) as the first passenger during the purchasing process; AND
  • Members have to register for the Offer via the designated link on or before 31 December 2022. Each member may only register for the Offer once during the Promotion Period.
• For purchases made in Hong Kong and United Kingdom, Package and Hotel are provided by Cathay Holidays Limited (“CHL”). For purchases made in Japan, Package and Hotel are provided by Cathay Pacific Holidays Japan Limited (“CHJ”). For purchases made in Netherlands, Package and Hotel are provided by Cathay Pacific Holidays Netherlands BV (“CHN”). For purchases made in Italy, Package and Hotel are provided by L’Orchidea S.r.l. (“LOI”). For purchases made in Australia, Canada, China, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Thailand and United States, Package and Hotel are provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“CPA”).
• Under the Offer, Eligible Members can enjoy a mileage renewal fee waiver on the balance of miles earned before 1 January 2020. Those miles will be renewed and fall under the activity-based system afterwards; while balance of miles earned from 1 January 2020 shall remain unchanged. All miles shall stay active as long as the Eligible Members earn or redeem miles at least once every 18 months. Expiry policy applies.
• Eligible Members acknowledge that the Offer is provided by Asia Miles Limited (“AML”). AML will renew Eligible Members’ unused miles earned before 1 January 2020, including those expired miles that were deducted from July 2022 onwards, if any, within 6 weeks to 12 weeks upon the requirement(s) being met. Eligible Members shall notify AML within 3 months after the Promotion Period if they have not received the Offer; otherwise, AML, CHL, CHJ, CHN, LOI and CPA accept no liability and will not be liable for any compensation.
• The Offer cannot be converted into bonus miles, cash rebate or cash, and is non-transferable.
• The Eligible Member’s Asia Miles membership account must remain valid when the Offer is granted, otherwise AML, CHL, CHJ, CHN, LOI and CPA have the right to forfeit the Offer or charge an amount equivalent to the value of the Offer.
• AML, CHL, CHJ, CHN, LOI and CPA reserve the right to vary, extend, terminate and/or cancel this Offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any benefit or promotional offer for Eligible Members is subject to availability and AML, CHL, CHJ, CHN, LOI and CPA may change such offer at their sole discretion from time to time without notice to the Eligible Members. In case of any disputes, AML, CHL, CHJ, CHN, LOI and CPA’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
• If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and the Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

The requirement(s) will be considered not met in the event of cancellation of flight by Member. However, for involuntary cancellation, the miles renewal will not be affected.

Members who purchased the 2 sectors of flights before the end of the promotion period will be considered meeting the requirement(s).
