If you are flying from, or transiting through Dubai and ending your journey in Hong Kong or beyond, you must have a RT-PCR tests before you fly.

To avail the special rates, simply present your confirmed Cathay Pacific ticket or boarding pass and a copy of your passport before traveling. The fee will need to be paid at the time of testing. Travelling to Hong Kong? You are required to carry a copy of document that proves the testing facility is ISO15189 accredited along with your negative COVID‑19 PCR test report before departure.
