Save up on RT-PCR tests before you fly from Dubai

If you are flying from, or transiting through Dubai and ending your journey in Hong Kong or beyond, you must have a RT-PCR tests before you fly.

We have partnered with various providers and pre-approved their testing and documentation processes for smooth departure from Dubai airport. You can also find exclusive discounts for Cathay Pacific customers. To avail the special rates, simply present your confirmed Cathay Pacific ticket or boarding pass and a copy of your passport before traveling. The fee will need to be paid at the time of testing. Passengers are requested to schedule their tests in accordance to their flight to ensure the test report is valid at the time of their departure.

Travelling to Hong Kong?  You are required to carry a copy of document that proves the testing facility is ISO15189 accredited along with your negative COVID‑19 PCR test report before departure.

  1. Cathay Pacific Airways passengers are required to present the following documents upon registration at the clinic:   

     - Passport
     - Flight confirmation documents / e-ticket / boarding pass

  2. The clinic will provide the test results within 24 to 48 hours after the test is conducted
  3.  Payment is to be made directly to the clinics by the passenger, after receiving the medical service.
  4. Passengers to ensure the name on the test report matches the details given in the passport only.
  5. Entry into the destination will be subject to actual health conditions and local authorities.
  6. Passengers are responsible for checking their testing window that it is in line with the destination country’s requirement.
  7. Cathay Pacific Airways and providers are not liable for any additional costs incurred should there be any rejections from airlines, embassy and authorities.
  8. Validity for the Mediclinic offer is  till 1 July 2022.  The ISO certificates can be downloaded from the Mediclinic website.
