I want to modify or cancel my offer, but the system does not allow me to. Why is that?
Your offer may already have been accepted by Cathay Pacific and we are currently processing your upgrade offer. Please note that an offer can be modified or cancelled up to 50 hours before departure. After that, no modification or cancellation can be made. You can modify or cancel your booking in accordance with the fare conditions of your original booking if you wish to change your booking to another time, but you will not receive a refund or credit for your successful upgrade offer.
