Flexible ticket conditions for flights to/from Eastern Chinese Mainland

In light of Typhoon Dolphin approaching Eastern Chinese Mainland, we’re waiving rebooking, rerouting and refund charges to give you greater flexibility to adjust your journey as needed. We know that travel plans may be impacted by evolving circumstances, and we want to make it easier for you to travel with confidence.

If you choose to make a new booking, please note that any difference in fare or taxes between your original and new itinerary will still apply.

Please note the following:

• Your ticket must be issued by Cathay Pacific (i.e., your ticket number starts with 160).
• You can choose new travel dates, as long as they are on or before 30 Sep 2026. Your new travel dates are subject to seat availability.
• This arrangement does not apply to tickets that have already been fully or partially refunded.
• We are closely monitoring the weather forecast. If your flight is cancelled, we will rebook you on the first available service and provide additional options to support your travel planning.
