What is the departure buggy benefit?

This benefit is available to Diamond Exec members on Cathay Pacific-operated flights departing from Hong Kong International Airport between gates 40 and 80. It does not apply to codeshare flights operated by other airlines. Each Diamond Exec member may invite one guest travelling on the same flight to join them on the departure buggy service.

The service is provided by Allways Concierge, a third-party provider, and is subject to buggy availability. Cathay Pacific has no control over Allways Concierge and the availability of its buggies.
