New local culinary favourites to be served on selected flights from Hong Kong

Proving popular with passengers since its introduction in November last year, the Hong Kong Flavours series is a rotating menu that celebrates our home city’s unique cuisine, served across all cabin classes on selected flights from Hong Kong.

From May 2019 onwards, we are offering delicious new additions to tantalise our passengers’ taste buds. Following are examples of the dishes that can be enjoyed:

  • Steamed Boston lobster with vermicelli and garlic – First Class
  • Pan fried beef fillet in tomato and onion sauce – Business Class
  • Baked chicken with tomato sauce on egg fried rice – Premium Economy Class
  • Baked seafood with curry sauce on egg fried rice – Economy Class

In addition to these local signature dishes, we have partnered with famed Hong Kong tea merchant Fook Ming Tong to serve its premium Chinese teas to passengers in Premium Economy and Economy Class.
