Our flights to and from Hong Kong International Airport are resuming
最終更新日: 2025年7月20日 17:30 HKT (GMT+8)
With Typhoon Wipha slowly moving away from Hong Kong this evening, the adverse weather conditions impacting our flight schedule are slowly subsiding.
Within the next few hours, Cathay Pacific will be resuming flights to and from Hong Kong International Airport. We are continuing to monitor the weather forecast and will inform all customers via email, SMS message and the Cathay Pacific app if there are any further changes to their flight times.
All impacted customers have received their new flight details and our customer service and airport teams around the world continue to work at full capacity to support any customers who need further assistance with their travel plans.
To ensure a smooth and hassle-free start to their journey, we ask all customers to only come to the airport if they have a confirmed booking and to check-in online before leaving home. We also suggest checking the status of their flight in case of any last-minute changes.
Our check-in services at Hong Kong and Kowloon stations will resume in line with the resumption of the Airport Express train service to Hong Kong International Airport.
Due to the high volume of calls we continue to receive, customers are asked to first check their new flight details in their Cathay Pacific app or via Manage Booking on the Cathay Pacific website. We’re very sorry for the longer-than-usual wait times on our customer service hotline.
We’re committed to returning our schedule to normal as quickly as possible. As we do this, we thank our customers in advance for their patience and understanding if there are any further changes to their flight times.
