Following the completion of renovation works at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU), Cathay Pacific will relocate its scheduled passenger flight operations from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport (TFU) to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU), with effect from Friday, 31 July 2026.
\r\nAll Cathay Pacific passengers departing from Chengdu on or after 31 July 2026 are required to complete their departure formalities at Terminal 1 of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU). Check-in counters will open three hours before the scheduled departure time and close 60 minutes prior to departure. Passengers are strongly advised to arrive at the airport early to allow adequate time for check-in, security screening and boarding procedures.
