All prices shown on the product pages do not include shipping costs. Details of shipping cost will be provided on the Check Out page before you confirm your purchase. When you submit your order, the product prices and the shipping costs will be debited from your credit card. Shipping cost for delivery within Hong Kong is HKD100 per order. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card only. We accept major credit cards including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your card to purchase CXcitement products online. You will be charged upon dispatchment of your order, in Hong Kong dollars (HKD).Delivery
Deliveries are sent out by our appointed handling agent - DHL. You may expect delivery to take 5 working days within Hong Kong (please be noted that there is no delivery service in outlying islands, e.g. Cheung Chau, Discovery Bay, Ping Chau and Lantau Island etc.) , and 10 working days for overseas shipments to major cities, starting from the date of order. After order submission, a confirmation message will be shown. For Hong Kong customers, our appointed handling agent - DHL will call you for delivery arrangement within 3 working days. For Overseas customers, our appointed handling agent - DHL will send you an email with shipping details within 3 working days. Please note that items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. Please be reminded that due to license issue, delivery may take longer if orders including textile items.Guarantee
All items offered by CXcitement Online Shop are quality guaranteed. If items are found defective upon receipt, please send an email to our appointed handling agent - DHL at EDGHK-DSC-CXcitementenquiry@dhl.com with photos of the product. DHL will then follow up with you for arrangement. Please return back the product only after DHL's reply. You may choose for a replacement of the same product or refund within 7 days of receipt in original packaging. For your protection, we recommend you use insured parcel post for shipment and retain the receipt. International returns will only be accepted by prepaid parcel post. Please include your email address if possible, your contact phone / fax number, together with your returned item(s) so that DHL can notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Only the net value of the goods will be refunded but not the packing and postage charges. Refunds will be processed through the respective credit card companies and credited back to your account accordingly.Cancellation
