Service Fees for CX Singapore

This is an update on the service fees for the following transactions/ services done through CX Singapore office.

Transaction On all fare types, cabin classes and products
Ticket issuance A SGD50 service fee per ticket applies for any PAB market, corporate and published fare ticket presented to Cathay Pacific Singapore office for issuance or reissuance in addition to the relevant fees, charges, fares and tax difference.
Manage Booking

Manage Booking on cathaypacific.com/sg allows you and the passengers to manage your itinerary anytime, anywhere.

Passengers who have booked their tickets for travel on Cathay Pacific or Dragonair online, through Cathay Pacific reservation offices or Travel Agents (Ticket number starting with 160 or 043) are eligible to use Manage Booking services.

Manage Booking allows passengers to:

  • Change travel dates and flights for tickets purchased online through Cathay Pacific or Dragonair website, except redemption bookings
  • View or print eTicket
  • Check-in for flights 48 hours before departure 
  • View passenger’s Cathay Pacific and Dragonair booking details including any special requests.
  • Update passenger’s personal and travel document details
  • View booking reminders, travel advisories, airport, in-flight and destination information
  • Save passenger’s travel details to a calendar
  • Select seat on an interactive seat map
  • Select special meal up to 24 hours before departure

With effect from 1 Jan 2014, a SGD50 service fee per ticket applies for above listed services requested through Cathay Pacific Singapore office. These services can be performed by travel agent or passengers without charge on cathaypacific.com/sg.
