Please note the following before submitting a claim:
• It may take up to 6 weeks for miles to be credited after your flight departure date.
• Claims will not be accepted 6 months after your flight departure date.
• You can only submit claims for missing Asia Miles for flights within 4 weeks prior to your joining date. Club points cannot be claimed for flights taken before enrolment in the Marco Polo Club.
If your claim is successful, your credited mileage may take up to 8 weeks to be reflected in your “Transaction History”. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will be notified within the next few weeks.
Please submit your request for missing club points and/or Asia Miles using the form below.
1 Excludes all codeshare and joint-venture flights not operated by Cathay Pacific or Dragonair, and all flights departing from Kathmandu

Please remember to keep a set of copies for yourself.
