Claim missing airline miles


Eligible missing miles should only be claimed:

1. 6 weeks after the relevant flight, as it can take this long for miles to be credited to a member’s account
2. Within 6 months of the relevant flight, after which claims will no longer be accepted
3. By newly joined members of Asia Miles / The Marco Polo Club for flights taken within 4 weeks of the enrolment date. Club miles or Club sectors cannot be claimed for flights taken before enrolment in The Marco Polo Club.

Please submit a missing mileage request online using the form below.

1 Excludes all codeshare and joint-venture flights not operated by Cathay Pacific or Dragonair, and all flights departing from Kathmandu

2 Excludes all codeshare flights

  • Alaska Airlines
  • China Eastern Airlines
  • Gulf Air
  • SriLankan Airlines
  • Royal Brunei Airlines

Please post (1) a completed missing mileage request form  (2) e-ticket itinerary receipts and (3) original boarding passes to Marco Polo Club, PO Box 1024, Tsuen Wan Post Office, Hong Kong

Please remember to keep a set of copies for yourself.

Please send (1) a completed missing mileage request form, (2) e-ticket itinerary receipts and (3) boarding passes (scanned pdf, or copies) via:
