The Property and Services department takes great pride in managing all properties, facilities and leases for Cathay Pacific and Dragonair worldwide. The team oversees an expansive portfolio that includes airport buildings, corporate offices,vehicles and the inventory warehouse, which stores everything from aircraft parts to inflight snacks.

Our team members act as in-house technical advisors, collaborating with internal departments and world-class designers and construction companies to bring innovative ideas to life. They enjoy exposure to large construction and fit-out projects all over the world, including the planning and construction of Cathay Pacific's highly regarded VIP lounges.

Our team has ownership of broad-ranging financial and accounting requirements, from meeting HKEx reporting requirements and complying with a myriad of tax rules, to mitigating commodity, currency, and interest rate risks, modelling investment in new opportunities, and finding cost efficient methods of raising capital for aircraft and other assets.
