Once you press the "Submit" button, we will acknowledge your submission with a confirmation page and you will be redirected to our Payment Service Provider, the ChinaPay website. After selecting the card you will use for this transaction, there will be a payment authentication and authorisation process conducted through your card company's website before your transaction is confirmed and finalised.
Once a payment transaction is authorised by your card company, it cannot be cancelled as the amount has already been directly deducted from your card account. We may arrange for a refund if applicable (subject to terms and conditions); however, a refund/cancellation fee for your selected service will be charged. The refund requires a minimum of 14 working days to process.Please note that this online transaction will be shown as the name of the Payment Service Provider ChinaPay on your payment card statement.
