  1. Each eligible adult ticket entitles the passenger to 3 nights hotel accommodation at the designated hotel in Hong Kong, transfers, breakfast, and 10kg excess baggage on the return flight. Availability of these packages is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. The limited number of seats for these fares allocated to a particular flight may be fully booked, although seats are still available in other fare types in the same class of travel.
  2. All bookings must be made at least 7 days before commencement of the journey. Hotel bookings must be confirmed before commencement of the journey. No new hotels bookings or change requests will be entertained once the journey has commenced.
  3. Last hotel check-out date is 1 April 2015.
  4. Hotel charge is based on the corresponding season that the actual night of stay falls into.
  5. The round-trip seat-in-coach transfer between HKIA - Hotel - HKIA is arranged by Vigor Airport Shuttle Services. The Vigor airport kiosk operates between 05:30am and midnight daily. (Vigor Shuttle Service tel: (852) 2739 3828)
  6. For seat-in-coach transfer, each paying passenger may carry two baggage pieces of standard size (according to standard baggage specifications of Cathay Pacific). Vigor will charge passengers HKD100 for each piece of additional baggage, at the time of the transfer. The driver will collect the fee directly from passengers and provide a receipt.
  7. The round-trip Airport Express Line ticket is for travel on the Airport Express Line (AEL) to either Kowloon or Hong Kong station, depending on the hotel location. Some hotels operate a complimentary shuttle bus service from the AEL station to their hotel. For hotels without this service, passengers must make their own arrangements, at their own expense, from the AEL station to the hotel.


  1. For all Cathay Pacific sectors, only flights with "CX" designators and operated by Cathay Pacific Airways are eligible for this promotion.
  2. The hotel accommodation must be used together with the airfare and round trip airport transfer element.
  3. Outbound travel is valid from 1 April 2014 to 28 March 2015.
  4. Tickets must be on Cathay Pacific ticket stock and issued at least 4 working days before departure. All tickets must be issued on or before 28 March 2015.
  5. Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable and valid on Cathay Pacific operated flights only. Rebooking after ticketing is not permitted.
  6. Refund of the air portion will be subject to the following cancellation penalties. Before departure: Economy/Premium Economy Class: A$330. After departure: no refund.
  7. Hotel room cancellation within 7 working days prior to the passenger's departure will incur a penalty of the first night hotel cost per passenger. No refund will be allowed for passengers who are no-show in any circumstances.
  8. No partial refunds for unutilised benefits (including breakfast, transfers or hotel added benefits), optional benefits (entrance tickets) or hotel room night/s are allowed.
  9. Any refund application must be made within 3 months of the original check-in date at the hotel.
  10. Bookings must be made under the same booking reference.
  11. Child package rate is available for travellers aged between 2-11 years. Ages are calculated at date of departure.
  12. Child rates are based on a child under 12 sharing the same room with 2 adults staying together for the whole period. A child sharing with 1 adult must pay the twin-share hotel accommodation adult rate.
  13. Mileage accrual for flights depends on the fare rules associated with the applicable fare and booking class. There is no mileage accrual for hotel accommodation.


  1. Passengers can choose to book the hotel anytime during their stay in Hong Kong subject to the terms and conditions of the airfare but hotel usage must be on a consecutive night basis and not exceed 14 nights.
  2. Hotel check-in time is generally between noon and 3pm on your day of arrival and check and check-out time is approximately 11am on the day of your departure, subject to respective hotel's policy. Requests for early check-in and late check-out should be made upon arrival at the hotel and granting of such requests will be at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  3. Free of charge extra bed (for a child) provided by the hotel is subject to availability upon check-in. Maximum 2 adults and 1 child are allowed per room.
  4. Passengers are to check-in at the hotel without vouchers.
  5. To comply with Hong Kong legal requirements, passengers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by and stay with parents or a guardian to check-in at the hotel, otherwise the hotel offer will be forfeited.


  1. Cathay Pacific recommends that travel insurance is purchased to cover all passengers in the booking.
  2. Use of the hotel room, transfer and other value added items (if any) mentioned above is subject to further terms and conditions of the respective service provider. Any passenger who chooses not to use or forfeits his/her booking of a hotel stay or tour is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Cathay Pacific or Cathay Holidays.
  3. The offers cannot be transferred, redeemed, exchanged for cash, credit or any other item with Cathay Pacific or any other parties including all third parties.
  4. These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the translated version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
