1. Why do I need to provide my companion’s eTicket number in order to view his/her personal information?
For privacy and security reasons, your companion’s information is locked. To release, please provide the eTicket number to view or update your companion’s information.
2. Why do I need to provide my contact number?
We will notify you of flight departure status to communicate with you any urgent messages related to your booking. To ensure you receive these updates, please provide a valid mobile phone number or email address. You are automatically enrolled to receive a pre-flight reminder email 48 hours before departure or any other flight alert if your flights are delayed or cancelled. We will not use your contacts for any marketing/promotional purpose.
3. How do I change my contact information?
You can update your mobile phone number and/or email address in your booking at Manage Booking.
Simply log in and select "My Details" > "Contact".
